Girlish Vehicle was very clean and nice . It was a day to pick up and return. The host answered all questions in a timely manner.

Girish is “THE HOST” luckily we got on our recent trip during Thanksgiving vacation. We have got a flatten tire and called up Turo and also reached out to host during early morning 12:30AM. Girish called us back guided/validated if we are doing the right thing to continue our journey. Not but not least he reimbursed the cost for the new tire as the old one is no longer fit. All I did is submit the tire cost receipt to Girish. Turo support team also helped us get the support to fix the spare tire in the matter of 30 mins after they take the request. But one thing could be improved is Turo support takes longer duration to get connected ~ 20 mins which can be improved. Thanks to Girish & Turo.
