Had an excessive and overwhelming number of air fresheners which made me curious what they were trying to cover up. It gave me an upset stomach and I had to put them in a compartment. After the freshener smell went away the car smelled perfectly fine. The alignment was pulling to the left and the key had a low battery. The van has seen some use and was not as clean as other vehicles I've booked on Turo (though it was cleaner than my own vehicles).

Premier customer service was excellent! Great communication and accommodating for our trip extension. Really liked the minivan, and it’s features. My husband and I want to buy one now. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars was due to the tires. There was no tread and it was below safety standards. I would have rejected the rental if we had time to find another option. I was very nervous because we had to drive across states in bad weather. Also, looking back at other reviews it seems that someone else brought up this issue months ago and it still had not been addressed. However, we are not dead, so all in all, it was a great vehicle for my family!

The van was the perfect ride for our trip. There was plenty of space and the best part of it all was the trunk space. I don’t know the exact term, but there was a drop down storage/trunk space that allowed way more bags than a traditional/regular trunk. The ride was so smooth! I would definitely rent this vehicle & any other vehicle Premier Rental has. Communication was easy
