⚠️🚭🚭🚭NO SMOKING! 🚭🚭🚭⚠️ *Please no smoking in the vehicle - failure to do so will result in you paying $250.00 for smoke removal please return the vehicle with the charger and phone holder. We are very flexible with extensions, request your extension through the Turo app and we will approve it if the car is available. We ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow all Turo policies and procedures. Please use the car as if it were your own— this is not a truck , hard brake, speed, rev the engine at or near its limits or other engage in other activities that might damage the vehicle. Return the vehicle with the gas at the same level as when your rental started. If you don’t refill the tank, we will purchase the gas and charge the amount plus there is a service fee also through Turo. Return the vehicle at or before the time on your reservation. Late returns will be charged according to Turo policies. Only those drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. Never leave the vehicle unattended with keys inside or unattended while running. Return the vehicle within the mileage limitations. Extra miles will be charged at the rate shown on your reservation. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on Turo app. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are in the glove box. 🚨 We answer all calls between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday

This trip was great! Pickup and drop off were so easy and Kenneth was a great host! Will definitely rent from them again!!!

If I have an overall good experience with the vehicle I let the small things go. With that being said, I didn’t have the best experience with the renters, so I will be giving my full honest review. I give customer service and punctuality a 1 out of 5 because Doreen Kenneth wife was 35 minutes late dropping off the vehicle and eating chicken in the front seat while telling me to keep the car clean. But the part of this rental that I really didn’t like was that she called me while I was on my way back from Charlotte after sending me a text stating I was driving the vehicle too fast. Showing there was no real regard to safety because you would refrain from texting and calling until you knew the vehicle was stopped or parked. I ended up cleaning the car out and dropping it off 4 1/2 hours early. I’m always hesitant when renting cars from Turo because you know the people are just watching you the whole time and waiting to critique you on anything they can but this was the first time somebody actually did it. With that being said, I’ll never rent from these people again and probably not from Turo given I don’t have a issue with getting cars from the big rental brands like Hertz or Enterprise.

Mr. Kenny and Miss Doreen are the most excellent hosts. They are super helpful and always a pleasure to work with. I have booked with them several times. Their vehicles are always clean, well maintained, and in great mechanical condition. My next booking will definitely be with them!
