Chris is a great host, he was there at the location and taught me how to use the features of the mini van like folding the rear seats and using the power doors. The car does have high mileage but it still runs strong. Brakes may need to be replaced but overall it is a very good car and is a gas saver. I highly recommend renting from chris, good prices and a very strong car.

Car was dirty and stunk really bad. Brakes barely worked

It’s sad you left the van dirty and stunk after using it, and left such a feedback. Brakes were just replaced lately, does lying make you happy? I don’t understand why some people are doing this for fun...

Worst experience I’ve ever had, host has falsified statements and never met me at airport after I paid to and from. He never responded to me when I needed him to. He’s complaining about what he paid Lyft to pick me up and take me back and forth to airport, he was supposed to meet me with the van at the airport, he had no option but to pay for a Lyft because as initially discussed the car was not at the airport like we discussed it would be. Worst experience ever!!!

Not recommend this trouble maker to any host. Keep changing return time, I would meet at original trip end time at around 3:30 pm, that’s how my schedule was planned. She kept changing return time, sometimes 7:30 am, sometimes 8 am, sometimes 8:30 am. Eventually she returned car at almost 10 am. Hey, I live one hour away from Oakland airport. I can’t start driving from 6:30 am to go there, and doing nothing just wait for her until 10 am. That’s 2.5-3.5 hours!Didn’t return car key, a seat missing
