We rented this van for a family trip, and it couldn’t have been better! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for everyone—including the kids, who had plenty of room to spread out. The pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive to all our questions. This van made our trip stress-free and enjoyable, and we’d definitely rent it again. Highly recommend this ride for family adventures!

So we ended up driving Indi’s black 2021 Pacifica, not his white 2018 but this was communicated well in advance because Indi is an excellent communicator. The pickup location made it easy to go straight to the car and get on our way. The car fit our needs perfectly for the weekend. The only issue was that there seems to be something wrong with the starter. Sometimes it would just spin and the engine would not turn over. Pushing the start button again to disengage the starter and then restarting the car always worked and we were never left stranded but it was a little concerning. But this is a Chrysler issue, not a host issue.
