1) Tell us why you are renting. What do you need the vehicle for? 2) Check the extras being offered to see if there is something you may be interested in. 3) Keep us informed about your arrival. We are flexible but please do your best to arrive on time. Feel free to share your flight information incase your flight changes or we can not reach you while you are in the plane. 4)Car will be delivered with a full tank of gas, please return with the same full level or you will be billed for the missing fuel. If you want peace of mind, purchase the prepaid refuel extra and you will not have to worry about refueling the vehicle. 5)The car will always be delivered in a a clean state. We disinfect between every trip. If the car is returned unreasonably dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee. 6) Allow a few minutes for photos and pre-trip inspection. 7) Please be advised that is is a non-smoking 🚭 vehicle. Any signs of smoking, ashes etc.. and you will be fined $250. 8) If there's damage or if you have any issues doing your trip, let us know as soon as possible. 9)Communicate your return plans. 10) Pay your parking tickets and tolls right away or you will be billed later. 11) Make sure to leave a review at the end of your trip. We will also do the same :). 12) Let us know next time you need a vehicle. We have you cover!

• Do you have car seats?

  Yes. Add one or more car seats to your reservation and send us a message indicating the size of the car seat. We have car seats for infants (up to 35lb), toddlers (at least 2 years old & up to 65lb), and booster (65-100lb). Subject to availability! We will not be able to assist in car seat installation.

• How far is the vehicle from Boston Logan International Airport?

  We are within 8 miles from Boston Logan Airport. You can reach our location easily by using any ride sharing service or any transportation from the airport. You can also just add delivery to your booking and we will deliver the car to you. Feel free to share your flight information incase your flight changes or we can not reach while you are in the plane.

• What about midnight reservations?

  Reservations between 11pm - 8am need to be made with at least a 6-hour notice.
