Ivair claims that he performed cleaning checklist for covid. When I got in the car it smelled like mildew and mold, when the A/C comes on dust flies out of the vents. There were fingernail/toenail clippings in the cupholders. Car is supposed to have the toll pass, when I got to the toll booth, nothing. There was no toll pass in the vehicle. Ivair didn't reply to my message for 4 days inquiring about the toll pass until he wanted to know what time I would be returning the car the day before the trip was over. I paid close to $100 in tolls during my trip. Very frustrating and very unprofessional. You're getting what you pay for, this was a cheap vehicle, and you could tell while driving the vehicle it needed some work done, transmission bucks while starting out from a stop and the steering wheel is not aligned properly.
