WALKING DISTANCE. NO SHUTTLE NEEDED The car will be ready for you right at your departure door at Denver Airport if you choose it as your pickup location. Universal phone mount is also included! This Sienna has a lot of seats and leg room. Even with 8 people you still have additional room in the back to fit plenty of your luggage. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!! Parking details

I will park the car for you at the ParkDIA 24 hours before your arrival. ParkDIA Shuttle Location: For pickup on the East Side, head out of Door 513 (Level 5) and use the crosswalk to get to Island 3, turn right, and wait at the far right end of the island. If you are located on the West Side, use Door 504 and walk to the far right end of Island 3. Shuttles run every 10 - 15 minutes, with average pickup times under 10 minutes. You can track shuttle locations on your phone using the ParkDIA Mobile App. Upon Arrival: Please upload a photo of your Driver's license, and a selfie holding your DL (Required by Turo). I will send you the code for the lockbox once, I verify your identity. Delivery is free and there would be no airport fee but you are paying the parking fee ($9.95) at pickup. But you can always have your vehicle delivered to you at DIA for $25 Delivery fee + Airport fee.

Guidelines

⚠ When renting, you agree to all terms outlined here and at support.turo.com ⚠ - No smoking, cigarette pens, or animals in the car. If scents are noticed, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. - Please do not add any fragrances or smells to the car’s interior or a cleaning fee may be applied to remove the odor. - Guests are responsible for these damages that occur during your trip, intentional or not. Insurance coverage may be used if purchased prior to your trip. Drive a safe distance away from vehicles in front of you and be careful with open containers inside the vehicle. Cleaning Policies - I kindly request that the interior of the car be returned in the same condition in which it was received and no trash is left inside the car. - Please no off-roading there is a $500 penalty.

Faqs

  • What happens if I do not have time to refuel the vehicle?

    I will refuel the vehicle for you, but I will add a $10 inconvenience fee on top of the fuel total.

  • What if my flight is delayed?

    If you provide me with your flight information, I can track your flight and know if there is a delay. But please update me if you can. I will make the necessary adjustments for your needs, to the best of my ability.

  • How does the toll tag work?

    Colorado does not use toll booths, the toll tag on the Sienna logs tolls automatically and deducts the charges from my account. Once I receive the toll statement I will process a request for reimbursement through Turo. Toll pass does not mean you receive free tolls.

  • What happens if I (or my passengers) smoke in the vehicle?

    Please do not. There is no smoking of anything in my vehicle (Including vaping). You will be charged for an interior detail and the cost to run a special machine to get all of the smells out of the car. This is about $250.

  • Can I let someone else drive the car during the rental?

    No, under no circumstances can you let someone drive the car during your rental period. If you’d like to add a second insured driver, you must contact Turo. By violating this policy, insurance will become void, and you will be personally liable for any and all damage.

  • How are damage claims handled?

    I like to handle claims directly with the renter if possible. If not possible, then we go through Turo. Claims may include: - windshield/rock chips - scratches to the interior and exterior of the vehicle - tire/wheel damage - interior damage to seats, console, etc. Guests are responsible for damages that occur during your trip, intentional or not. Insurance coverage may be used if purchased prior to your trip. Drive a safe distance away from vehicles in front of you and be careful with open containers inside the vehicle.

  • What happens if I return the car dirty?

    A fee will be charged to you. You can prepay a cleaning fee by adding an “extra” during booking. If the car needs additional cleaning or detailing, the costs could be more.
