Everything went as planned although we were traveling during the busy Thanksgiving Day holiday and flying into FLL.

Cody and his team have a super smooth and professional rental process, they were punctual to the minute dropping off and picking up the vehicle from the airport and were great communicators through the whole trip.
We got a little lost trying to find the car having never been to FLL and confusing directions but overall the car was great and we appreciated the service and getting the car seats.
Pick up at curbside at FLL went well despite being a little late due to bad traffic around the airport but he was in constant communication with us the whole time until he arrived.

I was a little confused because after the reservation he requested that we pay the parking fee for the airport pickup … unexpected but not a big deal… just $15… but then the parking ticket was not in the vehicle.

I was concerned about my returned flight because of FLL airport that was recently flooded and as such I decided to return the vehicle 1.5hrs earlier and he made the necessary arrangements for the return of the vehicle to be smooth sailing.
Instructions were clear for pick up and drop off, vehicle was clean and well maintained and the price was half of what a big rental company would have been.
My only complaint was that I had to pay a $15 parking fee when I left the airport parking garage.
Jason was great.... his price was reasonable .... his van very clean and functionable....i was able to involve my husband in all activities without having him feel like a burden to others we were on vacation with... it was an absolute blessing....i would definitely use his services again.
