Matthew is really a gentleman. A bump appeared on the tire, he admitted that there was a pothole on the road from Highlands and he himself offered to pay for the replacement of the tire. However, I did not insist. Welcome back to beautiful Scotland!

Stan went out of his way to ensure we had a great and easy experience in Scotland. He was very accommodating, especially when we needed the car for an extra day after our flight was cancelled. He actually brought the car to our hotel on our first day and picked it up from us at the airport when we left. And the car was wonderful! Drove perfectly and easily held six adults and our luggage for a week. Thanks so much!
