The car was PERFECT!! And the host was super super friendly and flexible with the timing. He was really sweet and gave us all the required information and was available whenever we needed if in case we had any question. Overall this was a wonderful experience and the host made it so much better for us😊

Khaled was an amazing host! He's very friendly and his car was amazing. We went on a camping trip and had A LOT of stuff and everything fit in the car. The car itself is also very enjoyable to drive!

Van was good. I paid $50 for delivery/pickup to airport, while I did do a late request for change in drop off location, the host was upset stating he had to use an Uber to get to hotel to pick up the van. The $50 is supposed to include $25 for delivery to location and $25 for him to pickup at same location. He complained so much I gave him the $25 he said he had to pay Uber to get him to the hotel but the delivery fee already included $25 for host to pick up van. Hence I ended paying $75 in total for delivery.. Two days later, I read Turo’s policy on delivery and pickup and it stated the renter pays only the difference in cost for host to pick up at a location that is further. Hence I feel a bit scammed. Additionally, the Host should of considered that while he did pick us up at airport, he wasted our time while he took us to an unknown location several miles away to pickup the van. This information was not disclosed to us anywhere in the Description. Not only was my wife concerned, because we were in a different country but that was wasted time (about 15 to 30 mins)and deviated me from my trip, as I now had to gps myself from a different location.

Van was good.
