Check in & check out on mobile app is cumbersome. Per tech support for returning a vehicle, there is suppose to be a "check out" button under "booked">"in-progress trip"...no such "button" found, nada. Only once was I given the templates to take pix of car prior to taking car. Nice option. Has it been retired? A navigation template would be a welcomed feature for the mobile app. Just the basics.
Jana always has car gassed up, disinfected, clean & one happy car! She is incredibly flexible with reservations & so very helpful.
Always a pleasure booking Jana's Smartcar. She's a responsive owner, flexible & always on time! Highly recommended. Gas tank is always full, interior clean & sanitized. As an extra precaution, a bottle of hand sanitizer & sanitizer wipes are included in the car. Easy peasy!
