The BMVW Team was great from beginning to end! called to see how it worked from their steps an the female rep was most helpful. Then when i arrived Male rep older gentlemen had my paperwork ready all i had to do was provide Id an an sign off. did my inspection an car smelled great, that's a big plus for me. I enjoyed the suv, would've kept it longer but someone beat me to the punch. returned with full tank no issues an will gladly go back for that same rental . Likes: plugging in- using electricity, good gas mileage, bluetooth.... Dislikes: smelled like weed (they gave can of air freshener), wasn't charged when I got it.

Return was quickly and seamless. So happy that I was able to rent from professionals who had a wide variety of vehicles from which to choose, all at extremely competitive rates. First time renting on Turo and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were great on communication and very flexible when it came to changing pick up/drop off times. The car ran smoothly and is great on gas. All of the functions work including the heater and seatwarms which came in handy on those cold nights. Would definitely recommend!
