Andres is absolutely an awesome dude. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. He showed us all the major features on the Tesla. He was always available to answer any questions, and he was extremely easy to communicate with. On the way back to return the car, it took me a little longer than I expected to get back due to just being on a long trip and not estimating the added supercharging time accurately and Andres was super understanding. Car interior was very clean. Felt brand new. The model X ran great and would often get compliments. Most importantly, Andres was really cool and helpful with the whole experience. Would highly recommend.
Mosstafa's Jeep made our trip extra special. It enabled us to see some desert sights that we couldn't have gotten to with our car.. Removing the roof panels was great for viewing the cliffs and mountains above us. The Jeep was new and is a beautiful vehicle. Got 23 mpg which is pretty good for a Jeep.

By far one of the best and hassle free rental we have ever had. Jack helped us with the time of pickup of his vehicle with no worries. Very comfortable ride and fuel economy was awesome. Locked XM radio drove me crazy. I brought my own Bluetooth devices saved my ass. The tank wasn't full i had to stop just in case in desert. Very expensive gas. But Danny helped me a lot, he was very patience.
As a President Gold member from Hertz and a Platnium tier for Enterprise, I was very happy with the comfort of the car, a clean car, a FULL tank of gas, the simplicity of the app and the communication with Danny.
