We had the best experience renting the Odyssey from Michael. We were delayed by an unexpected heavy rain and ran late returning the car and Michael was incredibly understanding and helpful. The van is in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and safe. We would definitely rent from them again in the future!

My family and I had planned a trip to Universal Studios 2 months ago and other attractions but due to Covid 19 (CoronaVirus) everything was cancelled. Unfortunately, the condo that I booked through Booking.com refuse to give a refund or change our dates. 😩 My boyfriend and I decided to go to LA and my kids (teenagers) did their own thing. I was going to cancel my rental with Michael and get a smaller vehicle but because of his awesome customer service I decided to stick with his awesome minivan. This was my first time ever renting through Turo and Michael made the experience very pleasant. I see why he have a 5 star review. Awesome service and communication.

I am so glad I was able to access this rental. My family and I (7 children) were desperate to get a reprieve, especially with the rise in fire season and distance learning. We decided to do a last minute trip to Texas and contacted Micheal and his wife about the rental. They were so supportive in my efforts to get my kids to a better space for a while (3 week trip). They made it possible by making the rental affordable and we were super grateful! The van was clean and dependable - ran great. Also, the couples communication was spot on. Any questions I asked were promptly responded to. I would highly recommend renting through through Micheal and his wife.
Madhuri was so easy to work with, and the Audi was an incredible choice for me to rent for the weekend! I had an emergency that has happened right before I was supposed to return the car. Not only was Madhuri so understanding of the situation, but they came and picked the car up from me since I couldn’t leave my situation. So understanding! So kind! I definitely would recommend Madhuri and their beautiful SUB to anyone :)
