Jacob was very helpful in getting us to the car and out of the airport and when we went home he was on time to bring us back to the airport. I would use his service again in the future should I return to North Carolina. I would recommend him to anybody else looking to save money on a rental car.
Our first Turo experience was great--Jessica did a wonderful job communicating. Met us at the airport on time, and did the same for the return. The car was even nicer than we anticipated. We loved driving it during our trip, and would absolutely book with her again.
Perfect car for my trip. It gets good gas mileage, is clean and pick up/drop off went very smoothly. I will be renting again next time I am in NC.
Destiny is super nice and accommodating. She was very flexible with the pick up and return. Her Audi is great and was the perfect car to do a road trip to the Biltmore. I would highly recommend her & the car and look forward to renting from her again!

I would totally rent from Jerry again. The car is amazing. Ride in luxury and enjoy the convince of self-check in. We arrived at the location where the car was, - Jerry unlocked the car remotely. That’s it! He responds to you messages within a few min. Everything went smooth. Definitely will be doing business with Jerry on my next visit to Raleigh.
Great car which gets great MPG even when you can't plug it in. Dustin made the pickup and drop off very easy.

Nice car. Super-thoughtful inclusion of disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and a mask, along with cash for the parking fee when picking up from the airport. I love that that gas tank was full, but not completely full, when I picked it up since I could fill up early and not worry about getting it totally filled when I gave it back. Nice.

Omar was absolutely amazing. Not only was his vehicle spotless, well maintained and easy to drive, he was readily available when I needed anything which is always helpful when driving a vehicle you aren’t familiar with. He made pick up and drop off sooooo easy and I would recommend 1000%. An easy 5 star.

As a brand new Turo user, I was a bit unsure about how my first rental would turn out. I shouldn't have been worried. I had zero issues and Dustin was very quick to reply when I did have a question. The car was perfect and my inner geek loved driving around in all-electric mode. I look forward to renting from Dustin again and encourage you to do the same. He's a great guy who goes the extra mile. You won't regret it.
