What an easy process!! I was arriving late enough at MAF that the rental counter was closed, which pushed me to Turo for this trip. With that said, I don’t think I’ll use anything but Turo when I travel to Midland from here on out! The car was great. Communication was great. All in all, it’s easy to give this rental 5 stars ⭐️

Minh was so flexible and understanding. A rental company at the airport didn't fulfill their promise to let me pick up my car at the airport, but Minh was there for me at the last second despite me originally cancelling on him earlier in the day. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful because he got me out of a bind and I was almost stuck without a car needed for work.

Everything was perfect. Except having to pay the $6 to take out the suv out the airport parking lot (this should be included in the $50 charged for car delivery). Everything else perfect - 5 stars
