The best first Turo Trip experience to have! Was pretty amazed at the communication, details, and convenience! I was worried because I had to catch a ride from the airport to the location for pickup. Once I arrived I expected the pickup process to be long. However it was fast, easy, and kind of fun! The car is clean, felt great driving around in an Italian vehicle around LA. Only rented for a day but it was well worth it. I will definitely be back to Vlad’s Guilia when I am back

Only had two meetings with Adrian, drop off and pick up. Which is a good thing, no problem at all with arrangements or the car, over the two months. Clean, everything working in the car, reliable. Host was kind and reliable also. Would rent again when I return to LA.

Ryan was a true professional! Extremely courteous and went above and beyond throughout the process to make my experience worthwhile. He had an unfortunate incident with how the car was returned to him the night prior to my trip and yet still made it work. Really awesome car to drive - super quiet and stable on highway, handles nicely on the mountains. Has an adaptive cruise control to help enjoy LA traffic. Fuel economy is great and car was super clean on pickup

The car is great for LA riding with no roof :) Location is perfect, cause it’s close to airport and also there is good views on Marina Del Ray. Ultragate guys are friendly and amiable. Car was clean and tidy! Strongly recommend them as service Turo at all! Easy booked, easy payed, come and drive.

Roman was incredible - he had a brand new Suburban (9 passenger SUV) that still had the new car smell in it :) He was on time, messaged me proactively and was responsive to all my questions. There is a gas station right next to the pick up location which makes it super easy to return the vehicle. He is flexible, understanding and willing to work with you! Would definitely rent from him again.
The car works as it should, back right (passenger side window doesn’t open). But other than that, good gas mileage, sunroof, and AC
Such an easy seamless process!! The car was clean and rode well. It was spacious and comfortable. Andras was a great host, very kind and always responded right away to any request. The car was also reasonably priced for the amount of space available.
Solid and dependable car. Older model which means no automatic windows or central locking, but does the job. effortless to pick up and drop off. Would rent from Andras again for sure!

Our first Turo experience and all went as expected! Clear instructions for pick up and drop off, and all went smoothly. Almost too easy. Andras was communicative as needed. The oil had been changed since one of the last reviews. The car is older, and so you need to manually lock/unlock each door and bring an aux cord to hook up your phone/music, but not a bother for us. Nice to have a compact car for driving/parking in LA.

The Delorean was freaking awesome! I rented the car for my birthday and it was a dream come true. Drove all over Beverly Hills and Hollywood, I can definitely feel all eyes on me. Everyone was in awe and snapping pictures. Andrew is the greatest host ever! Super accommodating! He even gave a birthday gift when I was done with the car.
