This was my first time using Turo and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Once I made my reservation, Jacob was in touch with me with all the details I needed to easily pick up the Mazda. Being my first time, he gladly explained to me how Turo worked and all the different expectations as well as what I needed to do while the Mazda was with me. The vehicle itself was incredibly clean and smelled great. There's an iPhone AUX cord included that also charges so you can listen to content from your phone while charging. There's also a windshield phone holder, which was incredibly convenient. The car ran very smooth with no issues. Any questions I had I sent to Jacob through the Turo app and he responded very quickly. I highly recommend if you need a vehicle to use in the Charleston area, you use this one through Jacob!
Very nice car and very nice Guy. Wish car had blue tooth capabilities but it’s an older car so it doesn’t. That’s the only complaint.

Steven is the nicest guy in the world and made it extremely easy the throughout the entire process. I asked for a new location for pick up/return and he made it happen. I would recommend Steven’s cars anytime. We rented the red Porsche and felt like Ferris Bueller all day long. Give it a try!
