5 STARS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the Turo community, people can find all sorts of cars and models that they desire. What separates a great renter from a regular car renter is customer service and you find that with Mike. He’s extremely helpful and WILL take his time with you and make sure that you are comfortable and understand what you’re getting into. He looks out for the best in both parties and makes sure you look out for yourself as well by reminding you to take pictures and video of the entire car to make sure everyone’s on the same page. If he was just here strictly for the money I can guarantee he would not have spent the amount of time he did to make sure I was comfortable. You won’t regret it and remember that just because a car is cheaper to rent doesn’t promise great customer service. Take your chance with Mike!

Mike is a fantastic host! Being my first time he showed me the ropes and off I went. I needed to move up my rental dates a week, and asked for an extra day the day of my original return, he accommodated me throughly! Fast responses! And the car was beautiful, just as described and worth every penny. I hope Mike is the standard super boast of Turo.

This was my first time using Turo and it was the absolute perfect experience. First off this Porsche is absolutely beautiful and a wonder to drive. Using this car was a great way to get a feel for why Porsche is held in such high regard. The interior and exterior are impecable. The feel of the drive is exactly as I had dreamed. I was surprised how much better the car looked in person. It was great feeling to have people very visibly admiring the car as I drove by. Mike was awesome. He made me feel very welcome and made pick up and drop off incredibly easy. He also gave me great input on the ins and outs of the car before leaving. This was such an easier experience than I have ever had at a traditional rental car place. Big thank you to Mike for making it easy and enjoyable and of course for letting me use this amazing car!

This was my first time using Turo, and Mike made it a great experience. His car was just as it was in the pictures, and such a thrill to drive. Just an awesome car. Mike explained everything to me about it, and I had no issues. He quickly replied to my msgs, and when I accidentally left my house keys in the car upon return, Mike went out of his way to make sure I got them back asap. Will definitely be renting from Mike again. Would give 10 stars if I could.
