This trip went great! I rented Tim’s car to use as a vehicle to transport my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend and it did awesome. We took it up to Tahoe, Tim was able to answer some of my connectivity questions and overall the communication and smooth ride of this vehicle made it a fantastic experience.

Anurag was extremely professional, kind and upfront about every aspect of our rental. He answered questions about our chevy volt we had on the trip promptly and concisely. We loved driving the car and used 30 gallons of gas for almost 1300 miles, the car ran great with absolutely no hiccups. My wife and I will definately be using one of Anurags volts in the future!

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! We took a trip up to Tahoe with the model Y and it was spotless. We are neat freaks so we appreciated the cleanliness Lol. Jerome was super professional and took care of all of our needs. We definitely will be using Sac Tesla again in the future!!!

Good: car had carpool stickers to be able to commute to the bay in the carpool lane, car was clean and well kept, and Anurag was Very quick and responsive, and very thorough in the pickup process to explain how to operate the car. Bad: the center display was not functioning properly, which caused us to not have a working radio and limited a/c control. Anurag didn’t disclose until pickup, which didn’t leave much time to find alternative transportation. However, afterwards Anurag apologized and offered some incentives to offset the inconvenience. I was ok with this.
We needed a last minute vehicle for our trip and Derek was quick to respond to our request, flexible with the time frame and provided us with a reliable and clean vehicle that our family was able to enjoy! We would definitely recommend him! Great service 😀
