Stephen was very communicative and helpful, car was great for the trip we had! We had to drop off at a very early time when returning the car and he was up and communicated with me to make sure everything was okay. Also, we had left some AirPods behind in the car and he had found them for us and waited for us to pick them up. It was a smooth and easy process with Stephen. 10/10 recommend.
Finding out about this company was a miracle and Stephen was a GOD sent angel. Not even he knows how much of a Blessing he was to my nephew and I. The service he provided was exquisite, professional, friendly, accommodating and completely beyond and above reproach. I was headed to my job when my Jeep broke down and had an oil leak 3 hours into the 7 hour drive. Looking back at it all, I am thankful that it did break down because if it had not, I never not have found out about this company. I was in the North Carolina, Lumberton, Ft Bragg area and I received such exceptional service from Stephen. Instead of getting upset about my Jeep, I just stayed positive and continued to pray. My prayers were answered and I made it to my job ahead of the time and I arrived in style in a beautiful Cadillac. It turned out to be an awesome trip. I was truly Blessed. 🙏🏽🙏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The Lexus hybrid is a great car. Easy to drive and eco friendly. Jenny is conscientious and very responsive, This was my first Turo experience, and I would do it again.

Such a life saver!!! I needed to make an important run and needed a vehicle, I enjoy manual vehicles and this one great! Drove smoothly and it was super clean!!! And being clean is so important right now!! It was super nice easy process and convenient and the price was amazing, searching for rental vehicles is a pain especially when everyone is trying to over charge but this host is super fair and kind and respectful! Being a female we are skeptical meeting opposite sex but I felt super safe and comfortable! I will definitely recommend this vehicle and host! And I will be using again when I need it!!!

This BMW is one of the quickest cars I have ever seen off the line! It's is practically an M5 in reality. Overall great experience with car and and the owner is a great guy that went out of his to way to bring me the car when I couldn't get an uber or lyft to take me to the car.

Car had 1/2 tank of gas but he didn't make a big deal about how was there when returned. Car was also a couple hours late so in return he allowed me to bring it back late. Moral to my story, I worked with him so he worked with me.

Edric, allowed me to pick the vehicle up early which was great and when I arrived he was waiting. We shook hands and he briefly explain any details I needed and I was on my way. The overall experience was more than I ever could have expected. Edric was absolutely a nice guy and very professional, he was a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to the next time. Toriana was amazing. When we picking up the car the first day, she was very detailed on letting you know what kind of damages or anything that was with the vehicle. When my plans became delayed on returning due to my grandmother being admitted in the hospital she was there and understood my concerns. I would definitely rent this vehicle from her again. Johnathan was so polite and very understanding. When I first picked up the car, he informed me of all the bells and whistles. He even let me know that if there was any problems to just call him directly. When I was suppose to return yesterday but was unable to due to a family emergency where I traveled to, he was so so so soooo understanding. For this to be my first time using Turo, Johnathan makes this process to easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be using Turo and Johnathan again soon
