Had a great trip. Pick-up and drop off was simple. I do wish the communication was a little better (as someone who had never used Turo before) and was flying into a new airport, waiting to get the pickup instructions about an hour beforehand was nerve wracking. Would have liked to have been prepared before takeoff so that I wasn't scrambling with kids and luggage to figure it all out. Other than that, the trip was good!
