He went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taken care of after another host bailed on my reservation.

First I have to say, Sergio was AMAZING. Why can’t every turo rental owner be like him. He made our trip ever so easy. We told him we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and he showed up with a. Card and bottle of wine for us. I mean, I work in hospitality and that is amazing customer service. We were taking a wrong route to the airport and he called us to tell us we were heading the wrong direction. The car, it was clean and in perfect condition and drove so smoothly. We would definitely book with Sergio again if ever we are in the area. Thank you again for helping us.

The family and I were headed up to Universal Studios and we wanted a comfortable and beautiful car to take for our family trip. Lindsey Range Rover was just the ticket. The car was clean, ran very smoothly and didn't have one problem on our trip. One plus for our kids was the seats in the back reclined a little, which gave them some space to lay down and rest while we drove. Lindsey was reliable, and kept in great contact with me with from check in to check out. Five star host all day!!!!

Upon my return when I requested an unusually late checkout, he made the process smooth and was very gracious. The car was pristine and rode like a dream.
