Kenneth was great to rent from. Very responsive. Any questions I had before and during the rental he responded very quick. As far as the truck, it is spotless inside and out and very comfortable to ride in. You can tell Kenneth keeps it in very good shape. James is the best. I showed up an hour early and it was my mistake. James told me to go ahead and take the Escalade. Wow! What a cool guy! The first thing I noticed was the sound. When he started the Escalade and pulled it out of the garage. I said to him, I’ve never heard an Escalade sound like this. It was the flow master exhaust, not to much and just enough. I walked around and the paint color was just beautiful. I got inside and the Escalade had a lot of technology. I was having trouble. James took time to show me how to work everything inside of the vehicle. The Escalade was immaculate! The Interior was spotless and of course all leather. There was seating for seven passengers. The Escalade has all of the bells and whistles. There was apple CarPlay, Navigation, backup cameras, many phone charging ports, Bluetooth connect, a tv monitor and much more. All of the extras made for a nice Trip. We traveled with enough room for everyone and looked good doing it. All that to say that we had a clean,comfortable ride, and a great host. I could go on and on about how great my experience was. Thank you James! I recommend that everyone try James and his immaculate Escalade. You won’t be disappointed!
