My first time using Turo! I was nervous as to how it works. I booked a vehicle two weeks before my trip so I was ( I felt) prepared! Nonetheless I arrived and my SMART hoopty was waiting. I had to replace that vehicle as it was not worth renting or safe to drive! I contacted Turo and through about a dozen phone calls the next day my credits were applicable and within a hour of booking I met Alon. He was a GREAT representative for what Turo should be. Clean car, well maintained car, great service and excellent response time! If your visiting the Chicago land area book with him!!!!!!
