Dan is a very nice and personable host with very flexible with vehicle delivery and drop off time and locations. We arrived to the cruise port in New Jersey early and he was able to leave an hour earlier when I notified him. Unfortunately, he was involved in a minor accident on the way, but was very apologetic about having us wait, even though he was still within the agreed delivery time window. Our vehicle return was in NY late at night and he still came early when notified. He did not charge extra which was a big plus. The Model Y was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. He gave us guest app access which helped with having the phone as the key. He also provided a key card just in case. All tolls and supercharger fees were accurately charged retroactively with receipts provided. We would definitely rent with Dan again.
Terrique was very professional. The vehicle was in very good condition and clean. He was on-time for the pick-up and drop-off. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely do business with him again.

Gordon was super easy to work with. The drop off and pick was seamless. The car is well kept and drives like a dream. This luxury SUV handles like a sedan. I rented the vehicle for a week vacay on the Vineyard. I was concerned about the handle on small island streets. However, this car did not disappoint. I will definitely rent this car again. They stayed until I was able to clear things with the deposit, seriously they could have simply leave.
