I'll admit that because I was at work, my back up dropped the ball a bit for Edward at the start. By this I mean that he wasn't picked up on time and an errand was done with him waiting. I have addressed this, and I am sorry this happened. Being that his flight got in at after 9am, I didn't ask the driver to be there at the 8:30 pick up time. All must have been fine, because there was only positive communication from Edward even up to him leaving a message that he decided to park the car in our airport parking lot a half hour before his scheduled return. Normally we meet up with our guests, but I said that it would be ok. He did send a photo of where he parked it. It did cost a few bucks to get it out but it wasn't a big deal until I saw the car was returned filthy. I couldn't believe it. I did spend a couple of hours to clean the car and I did ask for minimal reimbursement which he disputed, but in the end I was paid for it. Later I found that he is a host as well so I was even more surprised to get the car back in that condition! Shame.
