This was one of the worst experiences I had. While planning the trip, and picking up the car we’re straightforward- everything else was a disaster. The owner of the vehicle failed to service the vehicle. The car required an oil change over 6,000 miles prior to me receiving the car. The car broke down on us. Nataly read my message over an hour before deciding to call me. She also did not offer any form of reimbursement other than my lost days. There was little to no consideration to how this effected my family’s trip. Lastly, she or her husband never came to the site of incident. When it came to fixing the problem they suggested Uber and Lyft. While cars breaking down is NORMAL, and understandable- failing to provide basic maintenance for a car that is used for renting out is extremely irresponsible and careless. I chose her based on reviews but this was a very bad mistake.

We understand how frustrating it is to breakdown, but we are thankful for a number of reasons. First no one was hurt. Second, Turo was able to accommodate getting you back to the hotel while we waited for the tow truck. We would ask you to do one thing and look back at the pictures you took of the oil change service sticker. The car had an oil change exactly 3505 miles before the start of your trip. Honest mistakes happen, honest people correct them. There is a reason for our 5star rating!

Nataly was a great host...she was quick to respond and made sure I had all of the details of pick up well before my arrival, (very convenient and accommodating)...the car was absolutely great on gas! Drives like new and was very clean and sanitized!! Definitely will recommend Nataly as you next host!
