I will never use Turo again. Rented a vehicle and 12 miles later a “ BRAKE FAILURE” light comes on. I drive back and return the vehicle, speak to the host, send pictures of the warning light to him and make futile attempts to contact Turo to cancel the trip. Tiro doesn’t respond, answer any phone calls or chats. Obviously the host hasn’t contacted Turo because they keep asking me how my trip is going. Finally I had to dispute the claim with Citicard which takes until July to resolve the issue. Never again.
