Rented this car for vacation and I got a ticket for the car having underglow which you can’t turn off and the sub in the back didn’t work and I had to leave early for a family emergency and the owner did not accept my request to change the length of the trip just kept reading the messages and not responding.

first off the under glow in arizona is legal in this state so idk why they would do that intold you to send me a picture of the ticket and you never did ? and I told you the speaker didn't work do to other driver, I didn't know how to except your request im new to the app so sorry for not knowing I tried calling turo for that info but no one picked up after waiting
