Car was supposed to be "brand new" it had 20k miles, stunk like cigarettes and marijuana, the seat and steering wheel wouldn't adjust, car wasn't clean when we got it nor full of gas and he was 2 hrs late for delivery after asking to meet us he left us standing on the street corner for 2 hrs.

Oh Nathan after I made your trip the best. You wrote this because your plans changed and returned car earlier. I told you call me and discuss about last day refund. Anyways from the beginning I knew you will do this. First that all you booked car for 1 pm and arrived 11 am. Car is brand new and the same day you reserved I took from dealer You were the first renter. Impossible car smells bad. Seat and steering wheel working perfect car was there ready in parking. sad you ruin my reviews.
