Kevin I tried to work with you. The expectation for any rental is that the car is brought back clean and refilled. This is not a matter of emotions but you broke the contractual agreement. I simply tried to communicate with you to resolve the issue, which we did. All the best.

Host tried to over charge me for cleaning a gas ⛽️ after I told her my issues she did fix it to the right amount car drove good was sad it didn’t have Bluetooth

Having issues is not an excuse to leave the car dirty. It’s important that when the car is returned it’s clean the charges are listed for not returning the car clean. It is clearly stated there is no Bluetooth in the car I’m not the manufacture of the vehicle. Before renting ensure the features you desire are in the vehicle and choose accordingly. All the best.

Car drove a lil funny was sliding in the rain may need tire rods other than that it was great

The car is direct from the lot with paper plates as there is no issues with tire rods. It’s unfortunate this renter always complains. It’s a new car. Unless you’re a mechanic please choose your words more wisely. Have a great day.
