That was a terrible experience. While searching for a car on Turo app- I added a filter to select a vehicle suitable in snow Weather. Also, The host posted on the vehicle to have all seasons Michelin tires. However, when I went on my trip to a snow area, the vehicle kept sliding and couldn’t park as well because the tires were not suitable and worn out. The vehicle kept sliding. I couldn’t drive the vehicle being worried for it and my family’s safety. I also had to wait for conditions to dry to leave back. When I asked the host he told me he wasn’t sure if they were all season tires. He also told me in a message after sharing my experience with him and he researched the vehicle and tires and informed me that they are not all season tires.

William was great to work with and the car was really nice - had good visibility with lots of window space and limited blind spots and drove well.

What a pleasant experience. William was prompt, courteous, and professional. His vehicle was clean and in great condition. I felt very safe. I will definitely be renting from William again.
