This trip was a disaster honestly. The host can improve on general customer service.. just rude. Handled our situation cruelly.
Guest stated at some point during the trip, her 2020 rental ran out battery. We dispatched roadside assistance within an hour after she reported the issue and her car was back on the road shortly after. Upon recovery of the car we found she had opened the car's key fob herself and damaging the $600 fob thus, the fob had to be sent to Hyundai for repair. She seemed upset we declined a full refund she requested after saying it's our fault she drained out the car's new battery. Photos documented.
