Hi this was my first time using the Turo app. And I was very happy with the service My greatest experience was by far with Matt He was on time polite and very helpful He completed my great experience with the service I will be a customer for now and a happy one but I will also call it as it is if I have a great experience or a bad one. I drove the suburban with no problem at all, it was amazing driving the suburban was my first time driving a car like this. Very confortable the suburban 8 passengers ,it’s was wow ! I went Reno Nevada , if course I will rent it again, very good service very friendly Matt, thank you man , see you soon, can’t wait to rent it again 😀

I picked up the truck from Matt and it went smoothly, I didn’t have any issues. But when I dropped off the truck, I had a whole different experience. I’m not going to go into detail about it. But the altercation started when I brought up 2 safety issues with the truck. Once I brought that up, Matt blew from up there. He started yelling at me, made false accusations, and was very disrespectful. My mother had to step out of the car and we both felt afraid for our safety. And after 30 minutes waiting out in the cold, I told him to bill my insurance for the minor scratches he found. But he told me I couldn’t leave until he filed a claim. By this time I had enough of this negative experience and decided to go home before it escalated further. I strongly feel that Matt treated me this way because I was a woman. His lack of respect for women was clearly on display. If you are a female, I advise you not to rent any vehicle from this man.
