To begin with when i got the car everything was going well on the last day of my rental coming home from my trip I experienced a flat tire with Maggies car had to get it towed and didnt get to use it to the full potential of what i paid for not only that on top of that she tried to charge me for not cleaning the car not putting gas in the car and for “arriving late” to drop of the car even tho its on the tow truck headed to her drop of location. Shes very inconsiderate and wanted me to pay her out of the app for those expenses even tho i had a flat tire and wasn’t able to get those things done due to a flat tire, shes very nosey and wants to know what your going to do with her car yet she has it up on the turo app for rent, its not her business to know everything im gunna go do she wants to know your location that’s ridiculous if i rented it for a certain amount of miles thats all she needs to know, not only that she has no clue what shes doing on turo she thinks she has great customer service she really doesnt she doesnt even meet those requirements like i said shes very inconsiderate i wouldn’t recommend renting from her to anyone BE AWARE SHE will try to charge you for nothing i passed a toll for $6 and she wanted me to pay her $10 shes a joke she has no clue what shes doing her car doesn’t even have a spare tire She was like you didnt tell me you where driving up to tahoe , in my head im like maggie i dont have to tell you where im going its beyond ridiculous guys

Car ride perfectly. It did it’s job for the amount of money I spent. However there was difficulty in the delivery and pick up of the deal and the customer service. Pick up times and the place changed several times and cause a delay in my reporting at my job-cation site. It was a rainy day During the drop off were was difficult in the hand off back to Maggie. Maggie tried to claim damages that was done from increment weather (mud streaks) that could easily be buffed out or wiped off. She didn’t understand what buffing and waxing was. She asked me to give her money through VENMO for reimbursement outside of the Turo app.

I believe excellent Cust.Ser.is the foundation of business.Details:cleaned and disinfected prior to delivery to B.G suggested his work location( much further than original)*B.G returns the car hours late ( didn't charge B.G)*Agree &aware fee caused by upon return car dirty, B.G dispute later with lying about paying cash for the toll. inspected paint off, deep scratches, new damages together. Then, Shock to find out B.G is in Georgia gazette with booking, an online independent crime-focus news.
