a few complications with this rental but it is a good vehicle and ran great. i just don't feel as if i got my moneys worth

Unfortunate to hear you felt you didn't get your money worth: The 2020 Suburban is a $75K truck and unfortunately it just costs a lot to maintain as a rental vehicle. We always work hard to maintain professional, clean and safe vehicles along with free pick ups at light rail stations just as we did with you. Wish you best of luck for next time. Marcus
