Car was damaged while parked on the street, therefore needed to cancel the trip. Notified guest immediately, this is an extremely rare occurrence.

Terrible... over something so small... Seriously? Smh. Even a dollar can burn a bridge... good ol 2020...

Thanks for renting Jordon. Unfortunately, no matter how "little" the amount is, you do need to replace the gas you use. In this case it was nearly 2 gallons of gas that's $10. I made $18 on the rental fee. Slim margins. I even provided a courtesy credit and helped you avoid the "convenience fee" that Turo charges. I requested fuel replacement WITH a receipt. If it's such a "small" amount, you should've replaced the gas you used. By not replacing the gas, you're cheating my future guests.
