Steve, was very nice! Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end of my trip, I even needed to extend to the next day and Steve, was ok with it. I would definitely rent again.

Upon picking up the car I called to tell him that I’d be 15 minutes late. He wanted to cancel and told me to call Turo. Once there the interior and exterior was dirty and not sanitized. The entire trip the owner kept track of where I went and how far I traveled as if I was a kid. Upon return I filled the car up putting 40 dollars in the gas tank. This guy had the nerve to say it’s not all the way filled and messaged me saying I had to put 7 more dollars in to make the tank go pass the Full mark. I arrived on time at drop off and was parking the car. He messaged me saying called Turo if your going to be late. It was literally one minute pass the drop off time and I had to find parking on the street in the rain storm. I felt the guy was rude from beginning to end giving me racist vibes. Once I left he contacted me again saying you only traveled this amount of miles why did you have to 40 in the tank. I provided the receipt as I always do but that wasn’t enough. Turo charge me 17 dollars for a unreasonable guy who wanted his tank past the full line which was 7 more dollars. Also there was a renter picking up behind me and he did not clean the car. He took the mats out and shook them and that’s all. Tiro policy of sanitized vehicles is NOT getting followed. I do not recommend unless you plan to be monitored.
