Great guy no problems whatsoever pleasure to deal with!!!

Excellent renter. Roy booked one of my cars for noon, and that same car was due for return from another renter at 11am. Unfortunately the other renter was late (by 5 hours) and didn't give a clear ETA at any time. So Roy waited from noon to 1pm near my house with limited updates. Eventually we got lucky and another car that I own was returned earlier than scheduled, and Turo agreed to let Roy switch to that other car. This issue was like a nightmare scenario for most renters (and hosts) until we found a solution, but Roy was all smiles and super friendly the whole time. At the end of the trip he returned the car clean and refueled, with absolutely no issues. The real question is, do YOU deserve to rent your car to someone like Roy? :)
