The planning around how to pick the vehicle up was “different”.. we met at departure part of the terminal so when we he drove up he told us to put our bags in and get in ASAP because the airport police are strict snd will shoo us away quick. I had no time to immediately look the vehicle over and take pics so I got in and immediately stopped at the next spot I could stop at the airport. I checked out the car and found the the two triangular windows were missing and had been replaced with some sort of strange fin like metallic/plastic things and were duct taped in. The vehicle was filthy inside and out and was definitely not sanitized (I mean filthy with crumbs and dirt and stuff all over carpet and windows all around and above car). I can’t for life or me understand why someone on Turo would deliver a car to a customer so disgustingly filthy.

The two silver side triangular pieces were covers because of recent break ins. With the pandemic over, we are doing our best to meet customers needs. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone!

Car was great, James was very accommodating to our schedule and locations of pick up/drop off. Very reasonably priced alternative to a mid range rental as well!
