I received an email saying Jason reported damage to the car after returning when there was extensive pre-existing damage to the car upon arrival which I have pictures of. The car was in horrible shape when receiving the car. It was extremely dirty, and we ended taking to a car wash to clean and Jason said he was going to reimburse us. I am extremely frustrated with this situation because we returned the car in significantly better shape. Jason has third party people pickup and return the car, therefore is horrendous for him to blame the customer for damage. He also communicated with me to return the car possibly at a train station with the key in the car and someone will get the car from the lot. I would not recommend this car or renting from Jason.
