Registration was expired by over 3 months (rented in June, expired in February). Didn't realize it until I was halfway through the trip and 100+ miles away from point of origin. I was fairly stressed about what I would do in a random interaction with law enforcement. Minor inconveniences included a difficult-to-find location without the promised pictures/maps from the host and a key fob with a weak battery making the vehicle difficult to open/start.

Jeremy: Sorry about your negative experience. I don't know how the old registration card ended up in the vehicle, but I've fixed that. At no point was the registration expired so you wouldn't have had any issues with LE. Also, I understand the Turo app can be difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with it, but the map and directions are on the car's profile for all to see. If you rent again, I always keep a spare battery key in the car, should one be needed.

Great car, easy location and access to gas. Perfect for getting out of the city quickly with nearby metro access to car's parking spot. Awesome to have a spot to return the car to.
