He was late for everything, from picking up the car to dropping if it off. Does not communicate or give updates when he’s late or doesn’t even show up at all. Turo’s help was needed with every interaction. The vehicle was finally returned clean and in good condition.

The guest was hours late to pick up the car with no communication on his end. He was also a no show to drop off the vehicle. Turo had to get involved to extend his trip. Then he was a no show to drop the car off again without any communication once again. Absolute disregard for my time.
