Good morning, I made a lease with Colusa / Alberto. I ran the car, I leased the application, I registered my credit card and arrived in Miami, they informed me that I would have to go through everything again because the application would only serve to register. today I came across the charge on my Turo credit card, and the charges also from Colusa. Mr. Luis still made me make a $ 200 shorts, to return later, and then they did not return me, saying that they would automatically cancel their credit card. also obliged me to take out insurance of 30 usd per day. in total they ended up passing (between Turo and Colusa) 635 usd, being that the location that I made was 171 usd. How do I solve this problem URGENTLY!

The car was very dirty and with no gas Alberto is super friendly but the conditions of the car where awful and we didn’t got the car we where supposed to
