Difficult guest. After a couple of weeks using the car the AC had issues, we tried to accommodate the guest by not only picking up the car to fix it but providing them with a replacement (a better car than the originally booked). After the AC was fixed, the guest refused to swap back to the car booked. A few weeks later, the guest contacted Turo asking to cancel the trip early and asking for a full refund for the whole trip because he was having issues with the car, however, the guest kept driving the car and did not bring it back. Overall we tried to accommodate the guest in the best way possible several times during his trip but it was very difficult.
