This is an extension from the initial trip he booked but never ended, he was late for the drop off as well. Some communication would have help me schedule my day appropriately and made sure that this car was fully detailed as it returned dirty and needs to be out for another customer that booked my Porsche 911 for his wedding.

Sean could be a bit more conscious of time, as all star host like myself have pretty busy schedules and cannot wait around for hours. He was a couple of hours late for the pick up. He also wasn’t really responding to his messages or phone calls so it was very difficult for me to come up with solutions for other customers that day and provide them with the customer service they deserve.
