I am happy when guests rent for long periods--Latisha rented for five months--and seemed friendly and responsive enough. Toward the end she told me she wanted to buy a car--which I completely understand--and I assume that's why she stopped renting. When she returned the car I discovered a number of things that were very disappointing: she had replaced a Michelin tire without notifying me (a violation of the rental agreement, contrary to my specific instructions); all documents were missing (insurance card, safety inspection, registration); a hubcap was missing; the car charger and auxiliary sound cable were missing; she had put over 11,000 miles on the vehicle and the maintenance required light was on. Latisha hasn't responded to any of my messages since she returned the car. I was very surprised and disappointed.
