Owner was easy to deal with. Only issue we had was with the car itself. It being a Tesla there’s a lot of functions that the owner can mess with during your vacation. Privacy issues due to the car being able to be remotely monitored as well. Just a few things we didn’t consider before renting. Our mistake not doing more research really. The charging was also something we didn’t take into consideration. They need to be charged just about every two hours for 30-45mins. So if your going on a road trip. Tesla might not be for you
